Supported Devices With iOS 15 Release Date.

Here is all about the existing features of iOS 15 which might come out in the future and the rumor about the iOS 15. As we see this will be Apple’s next major operating system update. 

Though the iOS 15 is upcoming the iOS 14.5 update is almost here now. It includes the ability to unlock your iPhone with Face ID even with the mask. Also, the iOS 14.5 has the ability to stop apps from tracking you for advertising purposes and choose from four Siri voices. 

The next iOS 14.6 is also currently available in the public beta. But that’s not stopping us from ahead to the next upcoming new updates of iOS. The next newest upcoming iPhone operating system is iOS 15. As in common we will expect a new list of new features in iOS 15. iOS 15 has new updates by overcoming the drawbacks of iOS 14. Such new iOS 14 updates are home-screen widgets and new camera tricks.

When will the iOS 15 release

Apple usually reveals new versions of iOS at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference in June. The previous year’s virtual WWDC started on June 22, and we got our first review of iOS 14, macOS Big Sur, and iPad OS 14. This year WWDC 2021 as usual will be virtual and will take place June 7 to 11.

After the new iOS is announced. It is present to developers for testing and typically later in the summer, as a public beta.

The last version update of iOS 15 is likely to launch in September, with the iPhone 13. Due to the pandemic last year, iPhone 12’s release was delayed to October, but still, we saw iOS 14 released in September.

What iPhone devices iOS 15 will support

The devices compatible with iOS 15 will mostly work on iPhone 7 and later. According to the Israeli site The Verifier and French site iPhoneSoft, it mentions that iOS mostly supports iPhone 7 or later.  This is because the iPhone 6 model is now more than five years old and runs on the A9 chip. So that iOS 15 will require devices with an A10 chip which is available with the iPhone 7 and beyond. And also iPod Touch Seventh-gen.

The new features will probably come with iOS 15

The iOS 15 will contain a new notification update along with auto-reply. Also changing default apps and making widgets interactive. We will not have a good idea of the features of iOS 15 until it is actually at WWDC 2021. Because of iOS 14, there was a big update. It is possible that iOS 15 will make fewer changes and instead develop on the base iOS 14 set up and improve its functionality.

On April 22nd there was a report by Bloomberg telling that iOS 15 will include upgrades to the notification. Also in there, they said that there will be new device privacy protections, a redesigned iPad home screen with widgets, and an updated lock screen.
